سياستنا هي تقديم أفضل خدمة لك ، وتستمر سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا لمدة 14يومًا في حالة وجود عيوب في التصنيع.
1- أن يكون المنتج في عبوته الأصلية وتغليفه البلاستيكي.
2- لم يتم استخدام المنتج أو تآكله.
3- أن المنتج والعبوة سليمان وفي حالتهما الأصلية.
4- في حالة الصرف (إن وجد). يجب أن يكون منتج التبادل بنفس المبلغ أو أعلي
المبالغ المستردة (إن وجدت)
بمجرد استلامك وفحص عودتك ، سنرسل لك بريدًا إلكترونيًا لإعلامك بأننا قد استلمنا العنصر الذي تم إرجاعه. سنخطرك أيضًا بالموافقة على استرداد أموالك أو رفضه.
إذا تمت الموافقة عليك ، فستتم معالجة المبلغ المسترد ، وسيتم تحويل الرصيد إليك على الحساب المصرفي الذي قدمته أو إضافته إلى Vodafone Cash Wallet.

إذا لم تكن قد استردت أموالك ، فتحقق أولاً من حسابك المصرفي مرة أخرى.

يصل المرتجع للشركه الام في خلال 5 الي 15 يوم علي حسب المنطقه التي تم استلام المرتجع منها والمده قابله للزياده
بعد وصول المنتج للشركه يتم فحص المنتج من قبل المختص
في حاله ان المنتج بنفس الحاله التي تم تسليم العميل بها يتم استبدال المنتج + يتكلف العميل مصاريف الشحن ذهاب وعوده
في حاله ان المنتج ليس بنفس الحاله التي تم التسليم بها يحق للشركه رفض الاستبدال او قبول الاستبدال علي حسب حاله المنتج + يتكلف العميله بمصاريف الشحن ذهاب وعوده في حاله تم قبول الاستبدال او رفضه
في حاله ان العميل قام بتقديم طلب لاستبدال المنتج لايحق بعد ذلك بطلب استرجاع المنتج
ستكون مسؤولاً عن دفع تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بك لإعادة العنصر الخاص بك. تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. إذا استردت أموالك ، فسيتم خصم تكلفة إعادة الشحن من المبلغ المسترد.

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
